Thank you for your interest in this door.
This door was a rather simple door that I needed for the basement of Bellevue.
Included on this box:
2 FP meshes
a) door
b) hinches (normally fixed in a wall)
4 AO maps (closed, open left/right and exploded) playing around and blending these can give a optimised effect.
1 UV maps
4 sample setups with ambient occlusions applied. No need to put the hinches in place, it's already done for you.
If you need help on how to handle UV and ambient occlusion maps and since I had quite a bit of demand for it, two youtube detailed tutorials have been made for your convenience.
