>Enter UUID of avatar to add to wait list
>Lists all avatars on wait list
>Checks what position you are in on wait list
>Messages to user the secret HUD code to paste in HUD config to use the HUD
>Clear the board and everyone on the list
>Check if the avatar in 1st spot on list is in region.
>Messages user the display name of avatar in 1st spot on list (sometimes the username on the board doesn't match what the avatar is known by, this is great feature to check what avatar is known by)
>Sends custom notice to all users on current wait list that automatically inserts SLurl into the beginning of message.
