The box you'll receive is copy only but the hair in it is copy/mod/no transfer.
This style is custom made for Dinkies (kitty) and as such doesn't include a resizer, but it is modifiable.

I really love this hair its very cute the only problem I had really was my Dinky shape is not the basic out of the box shape so it didn't fit exactly per say but I was able to fix it with a little editing, also the hair is not rigged as I was hoping it was so that the braid would stay along the shoulder, but for 150L its worth it if you ask me I really like it and am going to wear it. ^_^
