I put all balloons in bunches, together because there are 3 variations of strings. Shorter/Med/Longer.
This will save you some inventory space... just rezz them and right-click-delete the ones you don't need. :)

Just rez the bunch of balloons and then delete your unwanted ones.
Separately, each balloon is 2 LI, if you resize them bigger, the LI will increase!
The balloons are on full bright, but if you don't like this option you can right click on them, pick edit, go to the textures tab and un-check the full bright option :)
