It isn't bad, it isn't great. Merely average.
Not a terrible effort, really. It's a cute little plane, but with some flaws.
Firstly, it's RCX scripting, which isn't a great base to start with anyway these days. They did a good job in masking a lot of the issues, but overall, it's still a little wonky and floppy to fly and taxi.
Secondly, the interior textures are grainy and show compression artifacting. No active dash, no HUD, only text commands.
Thirdly, probably my biggest gripe, are the sound loops. Mostly unimpressive stock-sounding bits with some pops and clips, though the upper-throttle range is the most egregious. Waves are overblown, making flying it a buzzingly loud annoyance with a pop right at the loop around.
Finally, the model is passing at best. Some LOD issues (solved with upping LOD range for the most part) and generally sharp angles with little smoothing. Paints are poorly lined up with the UV map, resulting in seams and artifacting.
Overall, I've definitely seen a lot worse, but also a lot better for the price range, especially in 2019. This seems more like a product from the early to mid 2010's.
