Definitely not copyable

It isn't the bag that isn't copyable....the item itself disappears from my inventory when I rez it and only reappears when I pick it back up.

Lower prim than the one in Linden Homes creation pack..
However it is no-copy despite permissions shown here.
NC to to builder has not been responded to.
