This is my first build which might be why its so high in prim but everything is 100% mesh.
I've noticed that sometimes the plants wont move when you move the rez box, if this happens just move the rez box to where you want your house and derez and rez again and the plants will move into place.
If the prim count is too high for you just remove some of the items that are high in prim which are listed below.
This house is fully modifiable and you can make any changes you please.
