Heads-up: piercings (especially facial piercings) tend to need linked-object editing. The item is conveniently placed in front of the face so there will be guaranteed no prims gobbled up in the avi, but you will need a basic understanding of adjusting prim items to your avi for this to look good on you.

Please make a backup copy before editing!
