The Monterey Beach House is 100% mesh and includes two versions. The first version is the complete version, which is 35 LI in weight. The second version, also included, does not have the supports or the front porch, bringing the LI weight down to 29. The footprint is only 16x32 in size, meaning that it will fit perfectly on most 512m parcels. Each come in their own Rez-Free toolbox for easy positioning on your land. They are copy/modify permission, so you are able to customize your home to your own needs.

Note that the Rez-Free boxes are Copy only permissions, but the house itself is Copy/Modify.
