[TDC] Nuclear Crate Rezzer v5.0 (add me)

The Nuclear Crate Rezzer is a unique product for all sorts of applications. From fishing on the docks, or setting out for gaming... these rezzer pads make a nice low prim seating area instantly.

Features:

Each rezzer pad is only 1 prim. Upon clicking one of the 5 textures a chair with appear just behind the pad.
The chair will only remain in world for 15 seconds till someone sits on it or someone stands up off one they sat on.
These chairs also include 6 natural sitting animations, 3 female and 3 male easily accessed via the menu.
Each chair will rez and select 1 of 4 wooden textures. And every time a chair is rezzed all other chairs not being sat on will disappear to cut down on prim count and spamming.
When a chair is rezzed the corresponding texture on the pad will disappear to let you know the spot is taken Once the chair dies off, the texture returns on the pad letting you know the seat is avalible.

Prim counts:

Every rezzer pad is only 1 prim
Every chair rezzed will be 3 prims
Each rezzer pad has the abillity to rez up to 5 chairs
With up to 5 chairs rezzed including the rezzer pad
Total prim count is 16 prims (Cutting prim cost down to nothing compaired to former chair rezzers totaling 41 prims.
