You will obtaine a high quality mesh item from True.Epinephrine, to wear it please pick the alpha layer according to your gender and wear this first.
Then select the matching size of the product and wear it too.

Some items can't be worn on unusual body shapes, so if you see your body peeking out of the clothes somewhere it might be a good idea to alter your shape a bit.
Also some items come with a color-changer HUD that allows you to change the clothes' style.
Just wear the HUD, select an option and detach the HUD when you're satisfied.
