Good, but clipping issue

Wearing both Legacy and legacy perky on Legacy Perky body, the top cuts into the chest/cleavage and cannot be alpha'd out due to the tops transparency. This should not happen when an item is rigged to a specific body. I really like the top, but it's a shame theres clipping in such an obvious and noticeable spot
