To use this camera helper, rez it where you want to view the subject in question and select Sit
Make sure to turn any tiny-cam/camera controller off first, if nothing still happens, press escape or reset your view.

To stop using the camera helper just stand from the pose
You can change the offset of the pose by changing the description field of the object and resiting.
