missing pieces,some parts the rigging is so bad the heels is on my hip...i've sent messages and note cards until i am blue in the face, i just get ignored,, she will relist the shoe to remove the reviews..i have stopped buying her items due to lace of service,which is a shame because I do like her items...cant try demos because none listed and no store..
