[TERATO] Social Warning Collar

a customizeable, simple collar based off of social warning vests for dogs, to let everyone know you're a scared little weenie and/or prepared to attack people on sight!

INCLUDES:
- 1x unrigged mesh collar (copy/mod, resize via edit tool)
- 1x HUD to change the collar band color and tag phrase
- bonus texture to change the clip/buckle white for tinting
- notecard with a link to PSD files to create your own collar and tag textures if you wish

HUD OPTIONS:
- collar band: swap between yellow and red
- tag phrases: nervous, i'm scared, i need space, do not pet, caution

item is fully mod except for scripts, which may cause it to falsely appear as no-mod
