Looks very realistic and fits great on my Maitreya Lara body. No underboob clipping even when I'm wearing a cleavage enhancer / breast deformer. No clipping except for the very tip of the elbow, which sometimes pokes through during animations with extremely bent forearms. Of course that can easily be prevented by hiding that part of the arm. Skirts and pants don't clip either except for some extremely high-waisted shorts.
