[TFW] Love Frame (transferable) in mesh Versión 1.0.0

This photo frame comes in two variants, one for landscape pictures and another one for portrait pictures. The ideal pictures are those that have a 3:2 ratio in the former case, or 2:3 in the latter.

The frame was built to support multiple pictures, and has a menu that lets you control its settings. The menu is triggered by clicking any spot of the frame EXCEPT the bit that shows the picture, as clicking it requests to show the next picture instead.
The menu text also shows the current settings.

Pictures are added by either editing the frame and adding them to its inventory or by HOLDING THE CTRL KEY and dragging the pictures onto the frame.

IF YOU HAPPEN TO MESS THE TEXTURES UP by forgetting to hold CTRL, just open the menu and select "10" (restore frame textures).

The following section describes each function of the menu:
1. changes access to the menu (owner only / current group / everyone)
2. changes the permission to change picture (owner only / current group / everyone)
3. toggles the function that lets you change picture on touch
4. toggles the timer that changes picture automatically (slideshow mode)
5. changes the timer for the slideshow mode
6. toggles the fullbright effect on the picture
7. changes the transition effect between a picture and the next one (smooth / spin / zoom / bounce left / bounce right / land / none / random)
8. tells the name of the picture in open chat (never / on touch / always)
9. cycles through the pictures in either an alphabetic or a random fashion
10. fixes the textures of the frame in case they get screwed
11. gives a help notecard to the requester
