The altar is scripted: you can change every prim's texture. There are 14 linen, 23 metal and 15 wood textures included.
(= 4830 different combinations...)
Simply rezz the altar and click it to view the menu. You'll receive two options: "appearance" and "resize".
- Resize will let you change the size of the object.
- Appearance will let you change the texture, shininess and darkness of certain prims.
It is possible to set script owner rights to Owner only, Group Only and Everyone.
When in a laggy sim, it is possible to delete the scripts. Please take a copy before doing that. Once you press the 'delete' button, the scripts won't come back afterwards.

BONUS

A little basket containing some candles, chandeliers, books and some altar clothes is included. It fits right under the altar. (total 11 prims).
