This is a copyable item and have a resize script and a texture changer script inside.
Just touch the table on the wood side for enlarge or stretch it, or touch the surface above for choose one different texture for the surface.

general info about mesh:

is recommended to maintain a LOD 4 (preferences / graphics / object sculpts & LOD (level of detail) ----> 4000) to have no distortions to the distance of the object (something that does not happen if you are close enough)
