The Sky City Block merges looks, effective but detailed mesh design and SL lifestyle into the ultimate urban prefab experience.
The central, refurbished warehouse building offers lots of open space on four levels, connected by stairs, gangways and ladders. One room is fully separated as a bathroom (but it can serve any other purpose). Indoor texture changers containing hundreds of high quality textures enable you to customize the look and feeling of the building in a wide variety of styles. A perfect prefab for the urban resident!
Lined up along the surrounding block road are five typical urban buildings which complete the overall atmosphere: A (partially decorated) police station, a cafe, bus stop and two small multi purpose houses (set up and decorated as mini mall and storage) . Trees, a small park, street lights and a railroad track round up the urban scenery.
The basic version includes all the buildings and features of the furnished version, except furniture and indoor decorations. The hot tub and the park pond both are included and animated as in the furnished version.
Also, scene rezzers containing a drivable bus and a drivable police car are included in the basic version of the Sky City Block 2019.
Materials (normal and specular maps) enhance the overall visuals.

excellent build
I bought this city block in 2017. This is a very nice build. The textures are fantastic. Very good details. And... it's copy! :) We have half a sim, and I copied only the block, not the buildings. Each block is its own design and style.

So many amazing things!
I cannot say enough good things about this build. Everything has been so well thought out. From the texture changing huds to the animations, this is well worth every single linden. The layout inside the main building is amazing, open concept and tons of room to make it into a commercial space, a club, or a home. It is so interactive, like a mini Sim! It comes with a pond with multiple animations and even a bus rezzer. It is an entire, fully functioning environment with sounds too! There are just too many amazing things to list!! This is a brilliantly executed, exceptional, modifiable masterpiece!
Absolutely first class build
Now this is a great build, and exactly what I wanted. First-rate quality in every way and worth quite a bit more, in my opinion. The furnished version is great, but as I have so much stuff in my inventory I got the unfurnished one. Hats off to the creator for offering both versions. Thanks so much!
