GREAT Service and WONDERFUL Detail!!
I bought this item yesterday not realizing it was "right rise" only and my cabin stairs were left right. I had assumed it was faced with detail on both sides - something NOT written in the ad, so my assumptions were wrong. I did leave a review about my experiences though and THEORY went and sent me a LEFT RISE version that fits PERFECTLY under the stairs of my D-Lab cabin. I love them and so happy I get to use them! Thank you THEORY for being so responsive and helpful!
