THIS IS WRONG Igor tattoo - BLUE pack

This is an asymmetrical arms tattoo, it works with Legacy (male/female) and Omega-friendly bodies (like Signature and Belleza).
Other bodies, for now, don't allow asymmetrical tattoos.
The tattoo works via HUD, no BOM, because it's the only way to make asymmetrical arms.
We added a BOM option of both versions of the tattoo that works for every body.
