Welcome to the Dudley. This charming build is a throw back to the houses of the 1930 with its American Colonial charm. It has been faithfully build from real house plans of the time period. The house includes 10 well appointed rooms including a classic staircase running from the first floor to the second. It is great for people with prim concerns as the total prim count for the classic house is only 225.
Some of the features of the house include a charming gate leading to the back yard, an enclosed front porch and many stately fireplaces
All of the window open by touch and the doors open automatically when you walk towards them.

Please note that all lighting, furnishings and landscaping are not included but have been added to the pics so that you can see the enormous possibilities that this house holds when decorated.
The purchase also comes with all AO Maps, Normal Maps, Specular Maps, Texture Maps and Materials.
There ate two versions of the house One for persons who can view PBRs and another for persons who cannot yet view PBRs

This is my absolute favorite American home, that feel good grandma's house. I can already smell sunday dinners from the kitchen !!!
