What a pleasant surprise
Honestly, I didn't expect much for L$ 100, but what a pleasant surprise, when I unpacked it and tried it out. It actually requires less space than advertised (well, if you count the palm shadow, it isn't incorrect though). Bar seats have quite a lot of quite good sitting animations. Shutters can be closed, open or invisible. It is quite well decorated inside and out, and as it's copy/mod, you can script it or change after your liking - like I added an animesh waitress serving drinks for example. I'm very glad having given it a try and can recommend it.
