These boards a fully modifiable and copiable, which gives you the benefit of being able to adapt them to your needs. The script is of course no mod for obvious reasons.
Contained within this package is a board for Business users i.e. club's, mall's etc to advertise their products/venue, and also a board for individuals to advertise their services i.e. DJ's etc.
The Personal Boards have an inbuilt online indicator. Both boards have the ability for the lessor to add his/her own details in the contents for giving out to anyone who requests. A message is sent to the lessor advising if someone has requested details.
Message is sent to lessor when they have 1 day left on their lease, also when only 12 hours are left and also when they have an hour left on their tenancy!

This is an old product at the moment so the scripting is from way back in the 2000’s!
This is the answer I got from TIS when I asked how to change payment settings. They sell old stuff what's out of time and no way they even think about it to refund my money. Don't buy, there are much more better and cheaper ones on the market (I bought it because a lot we have is TIS)
