Love this couples dance machine the dances are easy to load and its easy to use! I would recommend this dance machine to anyone who wants one!!
A very good tool that keeps what it promises
An excellent tool that allows you to use dances from different creators easily enough.
Excellent Service!
Although I found the dance ball a little challenging to set up, once I had the dances loaded and figured out the bit about having to generate a list on their website and copy it into the notecard (simple once you know how!) it worked perfectly.
Then when I decided to add some new dances there was one dance pitching an error message and I thought I'd probably either be out of luck with that dance or I'd have to figure out the complicated instructions for adding manually. But I shot an email off to the support address and 24 hours later the TIS people had added the dance to their list so it works now.
You just don't encounter that kind of service in SL (or RL) much anymore. I have several products from these folks and it has all worked great. I have coordinated the Music Island concert series in SL since 2007 so I've gone through a lot of gadgets!
Stack Heap Collision
After 84 couple dances loaded, the inventory manager script errors and gives Stack Heap Collision message. Then the on touch the dance ball says no dances loaded.
Tried everything to fix it, reset. Rez a new dance ball 4 times and the same bug happens.
Customer Service is not good at all!
