TKB 022 ( FREE )

Details

This weapon is scripted to do SLMC / LLCS damage.

It's also free and full perm, textures and scripts included.

The TKB was a Bullpup assault rifle made long before it's time, the reason it has, like, no room behind the magazine and ejects from a little hole in the front is because Korobov was a wizard.

This is the best-made freebie gun I've ever found on the MP, and it's Full-Perm, too. The bullets are better than the ones I made myself, and it even has all of the animations covered, my AO doesn't screw them up, either. I even like the rejected Soviet prototype this was all built into; they really missed out by turning it down.

This thing is better than guns that cost a lot of L$.

Weird prototype guns are the best. This is no exception.

At first, when I saw this, I thought it was purely fictional. Some sort of Groza-inspired design conceptualized only for this Second Life weapon. Nope, it's real, sorta. A bullpup 7.62x39mm rifle created by a Soviet small arms designer in the 1950s. It might've never gotten past the prototype phase, but much like the G11 or, unfortunately, the Pancor Jackhammer, it gets a second chance in the form of fictional renditions.

That preamble was massive, but that's because there's not much to say here. The model is good, the texture is good, the animations are pretty good (save for one issue I'll get into), the sounds are servicable, and the scripting is (mostly) functional. It's fully moddable for your tinkerers out there, and this is especially good due to a small scripting error I discovered with it.

I forgot to make a backup of the weapon before editing the script, so I can't give any solid advice, but you can fix the script error by relocating a misplaced "LLSetAnimationOverride" line in the *Anim 2.0 script to the section of the code where the rest of the identical functions for other animations are. I'm not a programmer, and I'm generally moronic, but I figured it out. You probably can too!
