TLG MODit - Starter Sets FULL PERM Pieces

This set is sold for professional builders that would like to use these pieces to create items for sale. They do not include any textures or materials. Only the mesh pieces and shadow maps for the pieces that use baked textures- all with full permissions. The items in the Extras Pack are not included.

They can not be resold as is. They allow you to create what you want using your own textures and you will be able to sell those creations and advertise that they work with the MODit Building System so people know they can use them for modding if they wish.

Term Of Services (TOS)

This Policy applies to any full perm product that I sell unless specified otherwise.

The intent of the items in this set are for the purchaser to use these mesh shapes with their own textures and/or by combining them with other items of their own creation.

They are not meant to be redistributed as is.

Nothing in this set may be sold, resold, gifted, given away or otherwise transferred with full permissions for the next owner.

The purchaser, in doing so, agrees to not sell, resell, gift, give away or otherwise transfer any product or set of products including these items, in whole or in part, with both Transfer and Copy permissions enabled for the next owner.

In other words nothing from this set may be sold, resold, gifted, given away or otherwise transferred without itself being set to either No Transfer or No Copy for the next owner.

The purchaser may sell, gift or give away these items only in combination with either their own textures and/or items and only with limited (not full) permissions.

The purchaser is free to use the term “MODit Building System” in their own advertising and is strongly encouraged to promote the compatibility and ease of use this system provides. In this way all the items made using this system will in effect be promoting each other.
The more we all promote the MODit Building System the more people will enjoy the benefits of it and seek out items using it.
