Pretty...but....
Looks nice but there is no on/off option to turn the sound off. This is really important as sometimes you just want the visuals without the sound. Loses points for that as also no mod with no resizer script. Very nice looking and great value but high prim count considering the lack of ability to turn off or resize.
One of my favorite things I own...
And I own a lot of things! But this is one item I have included in almost every place I live. The sound is perfect, soft and random, and creates a very calm atmosphere. The movement does the same. Worth every prim and even being no copy... still worth it.
Sounds just like a wind chime
A lot of SL wind chimes are either too loud or sound awful, this is the right volume and it sounds exactly like a wind chime. The build is really done well and worth the lindens. The prim count is high but it is worth it if you have the prims available.

I usually shut off the wind chimes i purchase after about a week because the annoy me. But i have these going for about three weeks n im still loving them.....also they are very pretty.

I just wish a menu to turn the animation off and 3 different intensity of wind, to appreciate the calm that inspires this beautiful piece of art. Otherwise that's my favorite Chime Wind in sl.
