This upper storey Add-on has been specifically built to fit the Linden Homes Wallower Houseboat.
The open upper deck has been enclosed making the houseboat two stories high complete with a small upper deck.
Featuring an awning for the upper deck.
It is part mesh/part prim for easy modification if so desired.

Great Addition!
This upper level to the Wallower Houseboat was a great addition. I was able to easily position with the clear instructions provided. Thank You!
DOES NOT REZ PROPERLY
WINDOWS ARE LOADING OUTSIDE THE ITEM..TRIED RE-REZZING STILL DIDNT WORK..WASTED MY LINDENS ON THIS ONE...FYI..I AM NOT SHOUTING I TYPE IN CAPS BECAUSE OF MY EYES..
