This is a nice mesh gingerbread house that comes about 0.36 meters long - 1 prim and 1 land impact as it comes. (Mesh objects gain in land impact as they get bigger.)
It comes pre-painted but you can use the Edit tool - Select texture/face to repaint or texture it as you wish.
Gingerbread man is sold separately.
Modify and Copy and Transfer.
It may not be sold or transferred with both Copy and Transfer permissions according to Second Life TOS.
