Gold and Silver Weave Bangle Bracelet. Comes on the right forearm but you can attach it to the left forearm and adjust it to fit there too.

Modify so you can resize it.
Use the right mouse button Edit command to resize:
-Pick the Stretch option and push/pull the white blocks.
