Wear or Add the megaphone.
You can change the size. You can change the colors using texture/face edit.
It comes with a blank description. You can change that to your name so messages from it seem to be coming from you. To do this, rez it on the ground and change the description. Either take it back and wear it, or leave it on the ground and say NO to the request for animation. It will continue to shout for you even on the ground. (You can also just change the name and leave the description blank - a non-blank description just overrides the normal name.)
To shout, use the text box or use channel 11 like /11Your message. If using the text box: Instead of mouse clicking: "Submit", you can use keyboard keys: press Tab ⇆ and then Enter ↵
When you use it, it will rise and open your mouth during the shout, then fall back. It will override most other animations so you can use it while dancing etc. and it should continue to animate.
To get the text box back if you closed it, touch the megaphone.
It is one prim and one land impact as it comes.
