This is a 1 prim covered balcony intended to snap onto your existing wall opening. It comes 5.5 meters in diameter by 4.4 meters tall and land impact of 14.
(Mesh objects change land impact with size.)
It comes textured in a rock/stucco look but also textures well with other seamless textures (wood, etc).
It has excellent LOD and good physics.
It is full permissions so you may not sell it alone or in a build with both Transfer and Copy permissions.
