Most excellent surveyor's transit
This very realistic surveyor's transit is just what I needed to decorate a landscape build that's just getting started and won't be complete for a long time (if ever). Small cost. Tiny 0.6 land impact. And mod/copy is the perfect choice of permissions.
I don't need to retexture it, but based on slapping a grid on it and looking around, that might be quite an adventure if it's important to you.
