This is just a texture, one boot, one lace. You will have to apply them yourself. Simple instructions are:
Drag the item to the ground, go into edit mode. Select texture, and click on the laces. Set the color tint to white and apply the lace texture. Do the same with the boot. :3

Very good mod--it also helps to provide a base if you'd like to recolor the boots.
I added these and once accidentally changed the texture color--it helps to color the boots in a better way than the standard black texture would. It makes the colors more vibrant--the black would allow a blackish tint, these give you the ability to change the full on color by providing a transparent-ish face for it. Very good and very useful! I love them!
