[TMC] Old Brick Warehouse Factory Mesh Store Club

100% original mesh and textures.

The old brick warehouse is grimy and slightly dingy. It's ideal for use as a store or club, but could also be used as an open plan home or skybox.

It is on two floors, with metal grid stairs and grid floor linking the two and a skylight and windows front and back letting some light in. The side windows have been bricked up, so there is plenty of space for signs or displays.

The warehouse features custom baked grunge textures with materials throughout. Shadows from the windows and lights are not baked into the textures, so the building will look great with the sun coming from any direction.

Each includes directional wall and ceiling lights with touch on/off and access control.

The warehouse measures 48m by 28m and is 110 LI including lights and sign. The lights are 22 LI and sign is 1 L. Both can easily be removed without affecting the rest of the building. The building can be resized as it is copy/mod (scripts are no mod), but the LI will increase or decrease and the doors may stop working.

The warehouse comes in linked parts to optimise the LI and comes in a rezzer for easy positioning. The physics and lower LODs are handmade so the store looks good at a distance even if you have your graphics turned down.

The doors open and close (obviously). If you want them to stay open, simply open each of them and delete the script inside. If you unlink the doors from the rest of the building they will stop working!
