House with a tower-like second room. It is made from wood and concrete, has a metallic roof and lots of large windows.

A lit patio (13x5) leads to the larger room (13x 10,5) and a passage brings you to the smaller but high room (6x10,5).

The interior rooms are made from concrete and wood (please see in pictures).

The build needs a space of 15,5 x 20 m
It is copy and modify and uses 28 prims (two less if you remove the plants).
