It consists of a bed, a toilet, a food bowl and a leash post - all in just 1 prim (land impact)!
17 animations (AV-Sitter) included.
The "adjust" feature of AV-Sitter is deactivated to make the furniture safer. If needed please let me know I will send you also a version with this feature.
