The hut will arrive to you complete with grass, seagull, lifebuoy, bunting and opening and closing doors. The wood wall slats are true 3d panels. Perfect for a seaside or beach themed sim. It is very low on land impact prims at only 35 and this includes plants, seagull etc. Lots of detail considering how low prim it is. The foot print size is approx 7 X 13. This item is available in 4 colours.
