This Oceana is specially designed for water parcels, but also able to use on land. It has a lot of windows for great view, especially if you have a nice surrounding on the sim, you'll be pleased with the atmosphere indoors.
It also has a lovely view in high settings when the shadow comes trough, and that just for 72 prims!
