Introducing the Chaffee, a store building designed for sci-fi and near-future environments. The building comes in at a relatively low 39LI for a 3-story building. This includes the elevator. Features state-of-the-art forcefield railings on the second floor.
Additionally there are two billboard panels to the left of the door into which you can place your advertisements! The floor is double-layered, allowing you to adjust the color without distorting the hex pattern. You could also mostly cover the top layer with spots of transparency, and add an animated texture to the bottom layer of the floor for a cool effect. (This was planned but I had been sitting on it since 2016.)
