Please read this contract carefully. Failure to follow the rules may result in termination of your lease, without refund!
The listed price is the WEEKLY rental fee associated with the tenancy of the home and represents your first week rental payment. Henceforth, you can pay for as many weeks as you want at any time, though the minimum is one week at a time. Your rights as the tenant EXCLUDE resell rights for the home and TERRAFORMING . You are allowed to deed MANAGING ACCESS/ BAN LIST and MEDIA list for the plot.
NOTE: Premium account is not needed for renting land. Any SL resident can rent land from us.

- Rates are subject to change and may vary according to location, prim count, and size.
- Minimum rental lease is 1 weeks and maximum rental is 8 weeks and is subject to change after your lease has ended. You will be notified near the end of your lease, and at your option you may renew it at the lowered or increased rate by paying the info box.
