You may modify and copy the wheels according to your needs but
I suggest to keep a backup copy of the originals.

If you decide to resize the wheels be aware that the land impact of mesh objects may increase if you make them bigger.

Note that you need a mesh enabled Second Life viewer to display these items correctly.
