We say things are 'set in stone'
to show their permanence.
Yet even the strongest stone
must bow to time.

This is a more practical version of my "Time Set in Stone" Artwalk build.
Show's current SL time.
Ticks and Plays "Westminster Quarters" on the 15, 30, 45, and hour. (Traditional grandfather clock chimes.)
Owner menu controls Clock on/off, Tick on/off, Chimes on/off and can force play the chimes.
Copy only, but includes 5 sizes from 1m to 5m.
