[TT] BOBBING DRIVABLE FLOAT - PEACOCK

I wanted fun floats that actually bob in the water so I made some. SSCRPG folks asked for floats they could drive around so, I made some.

Now I am sharing.

Plus, you also get CarryMe Floats in LEFT and RIGHT handed holds, which animate only the arm with priority 6, so most AOs can walk around with the float!
