[TT] Carry Blue Crystal Ash Staff click on off

I wanted a magical staff that could be "dormant" or "active" during RP and so I made one. Now I am sharing.

Features:
1. ready to use, no unpacking
2. arm only animation
3. left and right handed holds
4. click crystal light on off (light color is scripted and copy only)
5. copy/mod so customize at will (scripts copy only)

Animates automatically upon "wear" or "add" attachment to the avatar, and usually re-animates after sim crossings and teleports within a few moments. if it doesn't, just detach and re-attach or use the "resync animations" button on your viewer.

You can also remove the animation and animation script from the staff and rezz it as a light with 2 LI, which can also be linked to other things and still click on/off independently.
