[TT] Hold Candle click on/off

I made this as an RP prop for

(a) holding vigil with candles off at first, and then someone else going around and "lighting" everyone's candle with their own.

(b) lighting candles around the garden/house with a hand-held candle.

Now I am making it available to everyone else.

The candle's flame gives off light when on.
(Lighting must be enabled)

Animates on attach to hold the candle at the belly level as seen in the images. Re-animates after sim-crossings and teleportations. Priority 6 animation that only animates the left arm so it is safe with most AOs and can be walked around with.

Candle itself is copy-mod.
Wick-fire-on/off script is copy only
Animate on attach script is copy only
Hold animation is copy-mod.
