The bra, briefs and stockings are BOM, specifically, the bra is a system layer and the briefs and stockings are tattoo layers. This includes one layer with both the stockings and briefs together.

The boots, pants, tops, and jacket are basically shadow mapped with bump and shine (a.k.a. materials) so that when you tint each part a color, it retains its shadows and tangible texture. (See faces example image.)

So, basically, with this one purchase, you can outfit your avatar from the underwear to basic accessories and adventuring prop.
