Amazing work!
Works exactly as advertised. Literally step-by-step instructions for the complete idiot (me) and I was able to get an item I've been looking for since... ages.
One caveat: you need to have at least 161 land impact available before you click the "skirt" button. Maybe the feather skirt version is especially prim hungry during creation, but I had to pick up a bunch of objects on my home parcel before the skirt could finish rezzing without overloading the parcel.
